Jabir reported: When death was approaching Mu’adh ibn Jabal, may Allah be pleased with him, he said, “Lift the cloth from my face. I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever testifies that there is no God but Allah, sincerely from his heart, he will enter Paradise.”
جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ جب معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ عنہ کی موت قریب آ رہی تھی تو آپ نے فرمایا: میرے چہرے سے کپڑا اٹھاؤ۔ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: جس نے سچے دل سے اس بات کی گواہی دی کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں تو وہ جنت میں جائے گا۔
