The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ instructed his companions to make matters easy for people, avoid unnecessary difficulty, give reassurance, and not drive people away. Encourage Without False Promises
Glad tidings give hope in Allah’s mercy and reward. They remind people that sincere effort matters and that the path of obedience is worth following. Encouragement should remain truthful. It must not promise a specific worldly result or religious reward without reliable evidence.
A balanced teacher mentions responsibility while also opening the door to improvement. A mistake can be corrected without defining the person by that mistake. Hope makes correction easier to receive.
Do Not Add Personal Hardship
Sometimes people make a good deed difficult by insisting on one personal routine, cultural preference, or level of voluntary practice for everyone. What suits one person’s ability and circumstances may not suit another. Obligations must be respected, but optional practices should not be presented as though every person carries the same requirement.
Before advising, understand the person’s circumstances. Illness, travel, age, family duties, and genuine lack of knowledge can affect what help is needed. Questions about religious rulings should be referred to qualified scholars rather than answered through guesswork.
Use Ease in Family and Community Life
Parents can teach children through patient repetition and a warm example. Spouses can remind each other privately and respectfully. Community volunteers can give newcomers simple directions instead of assuming they already know every custom. Each approach protects dignity while supporting growth.
Ease is especially important when correcting someone in public could cause unnecessary shame. When possible, a private and gentle conversation is more likely to preserve sincerity and strengthen the relationship.
Keep Ease Connected to Truth
Genuine ease stays within authentic Islamic guidance. It does not invent a ruling merely to satisfy preference, nor does it make religion severe to display personal strictness. When the correct course is uncertain, pause, verify the evidence, and ask a qualified person.
The aim is to help people obey Allah with understanding. Wisdom considers what should be said, how it should be said, and whether the moment is suitable. A truthful message delivered with mercy can remain in the heart.

اسلامی تعلیم دلوں کو وضاحت، رحمت اور امید کے ساتھ اطاعت کی طرف لے جاتی ہے۔ نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنے صحابہ کو لوگوں کے لیے آسانی پیدا کرنے، غیر ضروری مشکل سے بچنے، اطمینان اور خوش خبری دینے، اور لوگوں کو دور نہ کرنے کی ہدایت فرمائی۔ اس رہنمائی کا مطلب اللہ کے احکام کو بدلنا نہیں ہے۔ یہ مسلمانوں کو سکھاتی ہے کہ ان احکام کو حکمت کے ساتھ پیش کریں اور ان پر عمل کریں، نہ کہ ایسے بوجھ بڑھائیں جو دین نے لازم نہیں کیے۔
آسانی کے بارے میں نبوی ہدایت
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے لوگوں کے لیے آسانی کرنے اور انہیں مشکل میں نہ ڈالنے کی ہدایت فرمائی، پھر اطمینان اور خوش خبری دینے اور دور نہ کرنے کی تعلیم دی۔ یہ حدیث ہر اس شخص کے لیے واضح معیار فراہم کرتی ہے جو کسی مسلمان کو تعلیم، نصیحت، رہنمائی یا مدد دیتا ہے۔
یہاں آسانی کا مطلب حرام کو حلال کہنا یا فرض چھوڑ دینا نہیں ہے۔ اس کا مطلب مستند رہنمائی کی پیروی کرنا ہے، بغیر سخت مزاجی، بے فائدہ پیچیدگی یا ذاتی مطالبات کو اسلام کا حصہ بنا کر پیش کیے۔
ایک وقت میں ایک واضح قدم سکھائیں
نماز سیکھنے والا، قرآن پڑھنے والا یا دینی عمل کی طرف واپس آنے والا شخص بہت زیادہ معلومات سے پریشان ہو سکتا ہے۔ ضروری بات سے آغاز کریں، اسے درست طور پر سمجھائیں اور مستقل بہتری کے لیے وقت دیں۔ ہر چھوٹی بات ایک ساتھ درست کرنے کی کوشش عبادت کے اصل مقصد اور اہمیت کو پس منظر میں لے جا سکتی ہے۔
سادہ زبان بھی آسانی کی ایک صورت ہے۔ جب عام الفاظ معنی پہنچا سکتے ہوں تو غیر واضح اصطلاحات سے بچیں۔ معلوم کریں کہ سننے والے نے بات سمجھی ہے، اور مخلصانہ سوالات کو شرمندگی کے بغیر قبول کریں۔
غلط وعدوں کے بغیر حوصلہ دیں
خوش خبری اللہ کی رحمت اور اجر کی امید دلاتی ہے۔ یہ یاد دلاتی ہے کہ مخلصانہ کوشش اہم ہے اور اطاعت کا راستہ اختیار کرنے کے قابل ہے۔ حوصلہ افزائی سچی رہنی چاہیے۔ معتبر دلیل کے بغیر کسی خاص دنیاوی نتیجے یا دینی اجر کا وعدہ نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔
متوازن استاد ذمہ داری بھی بیان کرتا ہے اور بہتری کا دروازہ بھی کھلا رکھتا ہے۔ غلطی کو درست کیا جا سکتا ہے، مگر کسی شخص کی پوری پہچان اس غلطی سے نہیں بنانی چاہیے۔ امید اصلاح کو قبول کرنا آسان بناتی ہے۔
اپنی طرف سے سختی نہ بڑھائیں
کبھی لوگ کسی نیک عمل کو اس وقت مشکل بنا دیتے ہیں جب وہ اپنا ذاتی معمول، ثقافتی پسند یا نفل عمل کی ایک سطح سب کے لیے لازم سمجھتے ہیں۔ جو چیز ایک شخص کی صلاحیت اور حالات کے مطابق ہو وہ دوسرے کے لیے مناسب نہ بھی ہو سکتی ہے۔ فرائض کا احترام لازم ہے، مگر اختیاری اعمال کو اس طرح پیش نہ کیا جائے جیسے ہر شخص پر ایک ہی ذمہ داری ہو۔
نصیحت سے پہلے سامنے والے کے حالات سمجھیں۔ بیماری، سفر، عمر، خاندانی ذمہ داریاں اور واقعی علم کی کمی اس مدد کی نوعیت بدل سکتی ہیں جس کی اسے ضرورت ہے۔ دینی احکام کے سوالات اندازے سے جواب دینے کے بجائے اہل علم کی طرف لے جانے چاہییں۔
خاندان اور معاشرے میں آسانی اختیار کریں
والدین صبر کے ساتھ بات دہرا کر اور اچھا نمونہ بن کر بچوں کو سکھا سکتے ہیں۔ میاں بیوی ایک دوسرے کو تنہائی میں احترام سے یاد دہانی کرا سکتے ہیں۔ معاشرتی خدمت کرنے والے نئے آنے والوں کو سادہ ہدایات دے سکتے ہیں، بجائے اس کے کہ وہ ہر رواج سے پہلے ہی واقف ہوں۔ ہر ایسا طریقہ عزت محفوظ رکھتے ہوئے بہتری میں مدد دیتا ہے۔
آسانی اس وقت خاص اہمیت رکھتی ہے جب سب کے سامنے اصلاح غیر ضروری شرمندگی کا سبب بن سکتی ہو۔ جہاں ممکن ہو، نجی اور نرم گفتگو اخلاص کی حفاظت اور تعلق کو مضبوط کرنے میں زیادہ مؤثر ہوتی ہے۔
آسانی کو حق کے ساتھ وابستہ رکھیں
حقیقی آسانی مستند اسلامی رہنمائی کے اندر رہتی ہے۔ یہ ذاتی پسند پوری کرنے کے لیے حکم ایجاد نہیں کرتی اور نہ ہی ذاتی سختی دکھانے کے لیے دین کو دشوار بناتی ہے۔ جب درست راستہ واضح نہ ہو تو رکیں، دلیل کی تصدیق کریں اور کسی اہل شخص سے پوچھیں۔
مقصد یہ ہے کہ لوگ سمجھ کے ساتھ اللہ کی اطاعت کریں۔ حکمت دیکھتی ہے کہ کیا کہنا چاہیے، کیسے کہنا چاہیے اور کیا وقت مناسب ہے۔ رحمت کے ساتھ پہنچایا گیا سچا پیغام دل میں باقی رہ سکتا ہے۔
